Welcome to the corner where I hopefully answer your burning questions!

This FAQ is aimed at the final final shop chapter and knowing the shop as you do now. If something doesn’t make sense and it’s not asnwered in the FAQ or you see a typo, please don’t hesitate to message me.

Tiny Reminders:

  • The final sale starts (date) and I’ll start processing orders from (date). This gives me a bit of time to see how many pre-orders I get.

  • The sale will close (date).

  • You will always get an e-mail once your goodies are on your way.

  • Any important updates will be shared via IG, my newsletter and as a note in the shop as well.

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

  • Please read the listings carefully so you know what to expect.

~about the FInal shop event ~

  • Due to the constant changes in the world of shipping & postage and a change in what I want to do next, I knew that the shop as I’ve known it had to come to an end.

    The majority of the bookmarks and prints are from my previous chapter and ready to go to new homes.

  • After Etsy closed in May 2024, I knew I had to eventually look into what I desired with all the stock I had left. Since I have over a hundred bookmark designs, in various amounts and I knew that creating listings for each one would be way too much work now.

    So to keep it fun and magical, I decided to create mystery art bundles. It's bittersweet as once these are gone, they will be a memory for me, but hopefully a wonderful addition to your walls, shelves and books. 😊

  • In the mystery bundle listings I haven’t specified what paper the bookmarks and prints are as I changed the type twice before I settled on Tintoretto Gesso.

    The other paper types I had were the HVO Offset and Sulfate-free double coated.

    All paper types were 300 g/m2 and the difference is felt/seen in the smoothness of the paper and the color. Some prints are more off-white than a bright white. No matter the type you’ll get, you’ll have a wonderfully nice sturdy print and bookmark.

  • These bundles are home to designs that were in my Etsy shop. Art will vary from fandom inspired like, Harry Potter, Alice in Wonderland, Beauty & The Beast to my own magical worlds and characters.

    If you’ve ever collected treasures from me before there’s a chance you’ll have duplicates.

  • The only difference between this bundle and the Magic Vault bundles is that the art in these were created after Etsy closed in May 2024. You won’t have any of the designs unless you were a Patron.

    Patreon designs are first created for my lovelies in Society of Wonders and in the veary near future, leftover stock will be either sold in art bundles or I’ll create a specific listing. Once they sell out, they won’t come back again.

~About shipping & delivery ~

  • Once you’ve gotten your shipping notification, an estimation of the transit is as follow:

    • Netherlands - 2-3 business days

    • Europe - 4-8 business days

    • Rest of The World - 10-14 business days

    Please know this is an estimation and that I have no insights in the transit when it’s untracked. However, if you'r order takes longer than 30 business days to arrive, message me.

    Please also know that I’m not responsible for any delays, damages or additional fees that might occur because of this.

  • Currently I use a standard flatrate shipping via PostNL. While it’s untracked, it has always proven to be reliable and it’s what I used when I had Etsy as well. Hiccups rarely happened and when mail was delayed it was due to world happenings or events that happened in the Post World.

    Tracked shipping (with signed upon delivery) hovers between 15 - 30 euros depending on where you live.

  • For this event, I’m wrapping up each order as a gift which means that the process goes a tiny bit slower.

    You will always get a notification once your order is shipped.

  • Most lovelies choose untracked, but if you know that post & handling are a bit messy at the moment for your country, please use your discernment when collecting goodies and message me for tracked shipping. I will check what the costs are for you.

    Places I’m unfortunately not shipping to due to packages constantly getting lost: Mexico

  • Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may occur.

    Please also know that I’m not responsible for any delays, damages or additional fees that might occur because of this.

  • I always do my utmost best to ship the goodies as sturdy and protected as possible. However if the goodies still get damaged because of rude postmen, message me with a photo (or photos). I’m more than willing to send new goodies if payment for shipping is done again.

    Since some goodies are a mystery or low in stock aka designs will sell out, I’m not certain if I can ship the same ones again.

~about refunds & returns ~

  • The main intention for this event is to send as many prints & bookmarks to new homes and to close this chapter in my business. I trust that when you place your order, you know you want the goodies and/or the mystery bundles.

    Of course is something arrives damaged, do message me and we can work something out.

  • As long as your order isn’t shipped yet, then yes, you can cancel your order. Please message me and I’ll refund it.

  • Due to the nature of these goodies, aka you’re able to see the content directly after paying, refunds on non-physical and digital products, like online classes, donations or downloadable PDF's, are not possible.

~ Other questions ~

  • As long as you’re okay with receiving the goodies a bit latter, then yes, of course!

  • Unless stated otherwise, alas, no. Shipping costs can get ridiciously high, so to keep it all as affordable as possible, I don't add frames.

    Also, frames are personal taste in the end as well, haha.

    The dimensions are always added, so you can check upfront if you have a frame or check for potential costs at a framer.
